How can I get a setting on a specific motion?
The Court will set a specific motion after it is filed with the Clerk’s Office if an Order Setting Hearing is attached to the motion that includes a signature line for the Judge and names and addresses of all counsel of record and/or parties pro se for proper notice. The Court requires a Certificate of Conference on all Motions to Compel.
