Park Rules
- Piñatas, Moon Jumps, Water Slides, Electric Train Sets and Pony Rides are NOT ALLOWED!
- Please have contract with you on the day of the event.
- Precinct No. 2 is not responsible for any accidents, personal damages or thefts that occur at the park.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies.
- Reserved area must be cleaned.
- No car club cruising allowed.
- No pets, bicycles, roller blades and skateboards allowed.
- No firearms, weapons or alcoholic beverages allowed in the park.
- Must be out of the park by 9:00 PM(with the exception of Las Milpas Park, 7:00 PM)
- No amplified music such as DJ's, Bands or Loud radios.
- Keys need to be turned in the next business day before 12 Noon.
- Les Gilmore Kitchen(In addition to the above rules)
- Build fire on concrete slab and clean pits after use(clean grill and remove charcoal).
- Do not throw left over food inside kitchen sinks or in grease traps located outside of the kitchen.
- Turn lights off before leaving and lock both front and rear gates.
- Place all trash in dumpsters.
- For food fundraisers you are to report to City of McAllen Health Department to request a Food Permit and take Food Handling Classes.
- One must comply with the City of McAllen Ordinance regarding Alcoholic Beverages Chapter 6(Sec. 74-77 & (loud noise) Texas Penal Code Sec. 42.01 (C)(2)
- Palmer Pavilion(In addition to the above rules)
- No social events(Quinceñeras, Weddings, Baby Showers, Graduations, Dinner Receptions, Family Reunions,ETC.)
- No vehicles allowed inside Pavilion
- Do not remove tables or chairs from pavilion.
- Turn off all lights
- For food fundraisers you are to report to City of McAllen Health Department to request a Food Permit and take Food Handling Classes.
- One must comply with the City of McAllen Ordinance regarding Alcoholic Beverages Chapter 6(Sec. 74-77 & (loud noise) Texas Penal Code Sec. 42.01 (C)(2)
If any rule is violated, you will be asked to leave the County Premises by Code Enforcement Personnel.
