Logic & Accuracy Test Public Notice

The accuracy test, required by the Texas Election Code, Section 127.096, et. seq., of the automatic tabulation equipment that will be used for the elections listed below and set for November 2, 2021, will be held as follows:

Logic & Accuracy testing of the Early Voting and Election Day Automatic Tabulation Equipment will take place at the ELECTIONS ANNEX BUILDING located at 317 N. Closner – Rear, Edinburg, TX., Room A, at the following times for the following political subdivisions:

Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

City of Alamo City of Donna City of Edcouch

Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

City of Edinburg City of La Joya City of Peñitas

Logic & Accuracy testing for the paper ballots will take place at the ELECTIONS ANNEX BUILDING located at 317 N. Closner - Rear, Edinburg, TX. Room A, at the following times for the following political subdivisions:
