Logic & Accuracy Test Public Notice

The accuracy test, required by the Texas Election Code, Section 127.096, et. seq., of the automatic tabulation equipment that will be used for the elections listed below and set for May 1, 2021, will be held as follows:

Logic & Accuracy testing of the Early Voting and Election Day Automatic Tabulation Equipment will take place at the ELECTIONS ANNEX BUILDING located at 317 N. Closner – Rear, Edinburg, TX at the following times for the following political subdivisions:

All Entities Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
