Hidalgo County judge loosens COVID-19 restrictions, encourages caution

To comply with state orders, Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez announced beginning at midnight on Wednesday, businesses and other establishments in Hidalgo County will no longer have facial covering or capacity restrictions.
