The Hidalgo County District Clerk Office in conjunction with the Hidalgo County Clerk’s Office will be holding an E-filing Q&A Session for all Hidalgo County attorney's. Beginning January 1, 2014, all filings for civil and family cases in Hidalgo County district courts, statutory county courts, constitutional county courts and statutory probate courts must be submitted electronically.
There are many benefits to E-Filing including, full integration with e-filing service providers (no need to switch), low cost filing any time from any Internet ready computer, enhanced reporting and financial reconciliation, and quick access to file-stamped copies of your court documents.
Theses sessions will help attorney's get ready for e-filling and answer any questions or concerns regarding the e-filing process. For your convenience, the Q&A sessions will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 10am (Session I) and 2pm (Session II) at the Hidalgo County Courthouse Auditorium.
