Hidalgo County Commissioners Court announced the 2013-2014 Hidalgo County Employee and Dependent Scholarship recipients. The Hidalgo County Competitive Scholarship was first approved in 2008 by Commissioners Court as a resolution to help support employees' and their dependents' goals of obtaining higher education.
