[ARCHIVED] HIDALGO COUNTY PUBLIC TAX RESALE AUCTION SET FOR TUESDAY APRIL 1ST

Delinquent tax law firm Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins, & Mott. L.L.P., will conduct a public auction resale of certain properties as a means of recouping delinquent taxes, penalties and interest that are owed to taxing entities in Hidalgo County.


The tax resale auction will be held at 10:00 am on the Southside under a covered space of the County Clerk's Records and Management Facility (previously known as Robert's Chevrolet building). Interested bidders must register to bid on the day of the sale between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. All properties are being sold as is, and without warranty; only money orders and cashier’s checks will be accepted.
