The Court appointed Jaime Longoria as the Interim Executive Director for the Community Service Agency.

"Mr. Longoria will oversee the CSA for as long as it takes," said County Judge Ramon Garcia. "Our priority is providing service to those individuals who seek assistance from the CSA. It's important that services continue without interruption during this transition period."

Longoria, who is Assistant Chief Administrator in the Judge's office, has more than 15 years experience in administration and in working with colonia projects at Texas A&M University and with the Texas Secretary of State office. He has worked for Hidalgo County since 2011. Longoria will be reviewing the agency's current operations and will assist the Court in conducting an audit of the CSA and in searching for an executive director.
