Hidalgo County Precinct 4 offers several facilities and parks for community use.  Please click below to access the reservation forms.  All forms must be turned in to the Pct. 4 Administration Office located at 1051 N. Doolittle Road, Edinburg, Texas. Office hours to drop off forms are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except for county holiday days.
