Friday, November 3, 2023. Election Day is Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

New Law: Section 4.003 as amended by House Bill 933 (2019) requires that counties post on the county website the notice and list of polling locations of ANY political subdivision that delivers their notice to the county under 4.008. This is regardless of whether the county is contracting with the entity.
