Having an effective work order system in place is vital to ensuring our organization is operating smoothly and efficiently to better serve the needs of departments and the public. In addition, our work order system allows for Facilities Management to streamline processes for technicians and other employees who need to submit work requests.
How to Register
Hidalgo County employees can request access to the work order system by contacting the office of Facilities Management. The work order system can only be accessed internally and is not a function that is accessible to the public. Nevertheless, should there be a facility related issue, this matter may be reported to any County employee.
