Hurricane Hanna Self-Reporting Damage Survey

Hidalgo County Emergency Management and representatives are ready to take your call at 956-292-7765.

CALL LINE HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In-bound calls are received and handled in a timely manner and may be transferred to the appropriate HIdalgo County department and/or assisting agency to better assist. Calls must be regarding questions or concerns related to: Flooding, Damaged property, Shelters and COVID-19.  Hidalgo County appreciates your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

The objective of the Self-Reporting Survey is to aid the Office of Emergency Management and partner agencies as they assess and identify damages and needs within the community. Accurately reporting your location of damages will allow emergency management to prioritize recovery efforts in the most affected areas. Reporting damage to Emergency Management is a voluntary activity and is not a substitute for reporting damage to your insurance agency nor does it guarantee disaster relief assistance. Click the linked banner above to begin the survey process.
